Kate is a creative strategist who helps businesses tell unforgettable stories, not through ads or content, but through immersive, real-world escape games. After scaling one of Singapore’s Top 10 interior design firm with her IPA Framework (Interior Personality Analysis™), she stepped into a bold new chapter. By merging her design thinking, storytelling and game psychology to create interactive brand experiences that go beyond traditional marketing.
As the founder of Design Your Escape™, Kate leads a mobile escape game brand where puzzles, products and stories collide right inside your retail space, showroom or event. Unlike traditional escape rooms, her games are modular, portable and custom-built around your brand, turning passive footfall into engaged discovery.
She is also the author of the Amazon bestselling book "Design Your Escape" and the creator of WLEM Academy’s new course, “Phygital Gamification: The Hidden Business Strategy You Can Play to Win”
Although Design Your Escape™ is a young and growing venture, Kate brings her experience from over a decade in creative entrepreneurship. In 2022, she was named one of Singapore’s Top 10 Inspiring Female Designers by Tatler Asia, with her interior work featured in leading magazines and MediaCorp dramas. Her entrepreneurial journey has also led her to speak alongside global thought leaders in 2023 to 2024 like Robert Kiyosaki, Nick Vujicic, Kevin O’Leary, contributing to conversations on entrepreneurship and creative growth.
